While the option of a paid airport shuttle provides convenience, the lack of free Wi-Fi in public areas may deter some guests.The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking views from the terrace, where we enjoyed our meals amidst the tranquil surroundings. The outdoor pool and tennis court added a touch of luxury, allowing for relaxation and recreation in equal measure. However, the absence of certain amenities like ironing facilities and tea/coffee facilities may impact the overall value proposition for some travellers.Despite these minor drawbacks, the warm hospitality of the host, Marco, and the proximity to iconic Tuscan landmarks such as Florence and Siena make Poggio D'Oro Villa a desirable choice for those seeking a balance between cost and luxury.
